I planned this trip for May Holiday 2007. We were travelling from our COS conference so this goes Chengdu-Panzhihua-Lijiang. Tiger Leaping Gorge is a great place to go during May or October holiday because most Chinese people don’t like to take that high trail. They tend to go to Lijiang and just take a day trip out to the gorge.
